Where are you based?

We are located in the beautiful North West Tasmania; deprived of malls but not scenery!

How does shipping work?

We have partnered with Australian and global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with good quality, beautiful and reasonably priced products.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as the USA, China and of course Australia. 

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries your item may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.  

Australia shipping will be quicker but as we are based in Tasmania it still may take up to ten days to arrive.

We will send you updates and provide a tracking number so you can monitor your orders progress!

What if I need to return something?

No problem! Contact us right away and we will guide you through the process. 

And if something is broken or damaged in transit we offer a full refund or we will send a replacement free of charge!

Is your website and payments gateway secure and will my data be safe?

What happens after ordering?

Once you have placed your order through the Petit quelque chose website, we will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it with a confirmation email of your order details and also a payment receipt email from Paypal. A further email will be sent to confirm that we have processed your order. Please ensure an accurate e-mail address is supplied as you will also receive tracking details in an email for you to track your parcel.

Is Afterpay available as a payment option for the USA?

At this stage AfterPay is only available to people living in Australia and New Zealand.
